The difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2 providers is size. Tier 1 providers need to be able to handle over 40,000 clients per years and operate nationwide, whereas Tier 2 are smaller medical reporting organisations. The difference isn’t down to quality of work.

Do you offer deferred payments?

Yes. Payment is due either at conclusion of the claim or at two years, whichever event occurs first.

Do you deal with complex cases?

Yes. Our team can deal with any case regardless of the complexity.

Are you fully compliant?

Yes. We are fully MedCo accredited.

Do you provide telephone triage?

We do. Our team are fully trained to carry out triage over the phone.

How often do you update the panel?
