Instructor Premier overview

From theory to practical, our Instructor Premier policy is designed to directly assist Driving Instructors following an accident.

Whether you’re a driving school, fully qualified driving instructor (ADI) or a trainee driving instructor (PDI) MSL’s in-house accident management service will ensure that if you’re involved in an accident, have been illegally towed or clamped or had your vehicle cloned our specialist team will have you back on the road in no time.

Our Instructor Premier legal expenses cover includes:

  • Up to £100,000 for your client to cover any legal costs

  • 24-hour claims helpline

  • Access to a specialist personal injury solicitor should your client or a member of their immediate family suffer an injury in an accident that wasn’t their fault

  • Rehabilitation treatment should your client suffer an injury in a non-fault accident

  • If your client has a passenger who was injured in the accident we can help pursue a claim for their injuries

  • A suitable near equivalent dual control replacement vehicle within four hours or less* while your clients’ car is off the road following an accident that was not their fault

  • Recovery of uninsured losses

  • Vehicle cloning cover

  • Illegal clamping and towing cover

  • Online claims tracking via MSL Connect

  • Accident management package for brokers with dedicated lines for further assistance

That’s not all. We also provide additional services for Driving Instructors including our Rescue Dual-3 and replacement dual control vehicle** cover.

*During normal office hours we aim to provide a standard vehicle within four hours and non standard vehicles within 24 hours.

**Manual vehicles supplied within four hours, automatic can take up to 24 hours.

Instructor Premier Plus

If your client requires a more comprehensive cover, our Instructor Premier Plus policy has them covered. Our exclusive package includes all the great benefits of our Premier policy, plus contract disputes cover which aims to resolve contractual disputes without excessive legal costs.

This can include disputes over:

  • A garage in relation to completed work

  • Lease vehicle contracts

Upgrades and extensions are available offering all the benefits of the standard policy plus a replacement dual control vehicle when the policyholder has an accident that is deemed their fault or is the victim of fire, theft, vandalism, storm or flood damage.

Dealing with an insurance company is not something I have had to do in the past and this was my first claim. I really cannot stress how helpful the team were and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again in the future, even though I hope I don't have to.
