MSL is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted in two categories in this year’s British Claims Awards.
The news reflects the company’s focus on customer service, excellence in claims handling, and team work in the delivery of its market-leading legal expenses insurance, assistance and claims services.
MSL, part of the Drive Further collective, is in the running to win both the Claims Management Team of the Year and the Client Care Initiative categories of the major national industry awards.
“Just to get this far is great recognition, and we’re very proud of all the people who have worked so hard to achieve it,” said MSL CEO Nick Garner.
The entry for Claims Management Team of the Year highlights MSL’s teamwork-driven success in areas including effective integration with business partners, accident management for ADIs, getting people back on the road as quickly as possible, and innovative use of technology.
Additional factors considered for the Client Care Initiative include MSL’s streamlined claims process to minimise disruption for the customer, provision of dedicated claims handlers, stringent control of standards for any outsourced services, and the excellent customer feedback and endorsement received by the company.
“I know that our commitment to training and development for our employees, and the fact that Treating Customers Fairly is at the core of everything we do, also played a key part in getting us this far in the awards,” added Garner.
Winners of the British Claims Awards will be announced at a ceremony to be held in London on June 7.
